REFUNDS

Sale Items 

Please note, items purchased on sale, including during Black Friday promotions, are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that you may change your mind. Thus, sale items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of purchase for UAE customers and 14 days for all international customers, subject to the items being in unused and original condition.

Regular Priced Items 

UAE 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

Should you wish to make a return after these 7 days and up to 14 days post delivery, we can no longer offer a refund past this window, we are pleased to provide a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, which you can use towards any future orders. Please be aware that returns for a refund are not possible beyond the initial 7 days, and no exceptions can be made after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without perfume scents, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@iamactivestudios.com. We will send the courier to pick up your garment for return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that a return fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your order.

Please allow up to 14 working days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our UAE warehouse for us to issue you with your refund.

Please remember it can take some additional time  for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your payment option was COD, we will give you a store credit for the same amount. 

Other GCC and rest of the world

International returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged. To start a return, you can contact us at info@iamactivestudios.com, we will provide the address. Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please make sure to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Defects are exceptionally rare, as each item is carefully inspected and steamed before dispatch. However, if you discover a defect, receive a damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.

EXCHANGES

UAE and other GCC countries 

We offer complimentary courier services to pick up your garment for exchange. Alternatively, you may drop off the package at a designated courier facility at your convenience.

Due to the high turnover of our items, we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested item/size by the time we receive your return. The quickest way to secure your desired item is to make a separate purchase for the new one and email us for an exchange request of your current item in order to be eligible for a complimentary courier service for a pick up.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping timeframe is clearly stated in the product description. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as these items are made to order.
