By processing your order payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery across all Emirates
- Next-day delivery within the UAE is AED 22
- Free next-day delivery on all orders over AED 550
- 4 hour Same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 35
- Free 4 hour Same-day delivery in Dubai on all orders over AED 1000
- Next-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 2 pm
- 4 hour Same-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in Dubai before 6pm
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays
Other GCC:
Delivery to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman (shipped through Aramex)
- GCC express delivery in 2-3 working days is AED 75
- Free GCC express delivery in 2-3 working days for all orders above 2000 AED
REST OF THE WORLD:
Other Destinations (Shipped through FedEx or Aramex)

- A flat delivery charge of AED 90 (USD 25) applies

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, I AM cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
